Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing or using Maps Leads Extractor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Maps Leads Extractor is a browser extension that allows users to extract publicly available business listings from Bing Maps and export them in various formats including CSV, Excel (XLSX) and JSON. The Service also offers Pro contact enrichment from public business websites.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any international, federal, provincial or local laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame or discriminate against others
• Use the Service for spam, phishing or fraudulent activities
• Use exported data for harassment, discrimination, unlawful profiling or other harmful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service excessively

Responsible Use

Only collect and process business information when you have a lawful basis and legitimate purpose. Respect privacy, consent, marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws, as well as applicable Bing Maps and website terms. Verify contact information before use, honor opt-out requests and secure downloaded files.

Bing Maps Terms of Service

You must comply with Microsoft's Bing Maps Terms of Use and all applicable laws when using our Service. The Service is designed to access only publicly available information on Bing Maps. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Microsoft's policies and any applicable rate limits.

Data and Privacy

Regarding data handling and privacy:

• The Service only accesses publicly available business data on Bing Maps
• Lead extraction and data processing happens locally in your browser
• We do not store or transmit the extracted business data to our servers (except URLs for Pro enrichment)
• You are responsible for how you use and store the exported data
• Respect the privacy rights of individuals and businesses whose data you export

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of echobot.dev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Subscription and Payment

For Pro subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Paddle and PayPal)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice

The free allowance is a fixed trial allocation, not a monthly quota. Current limits, plan availability and pricing are shown inside the extension and may change.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
• The Service's availability depends on Bing Maps accessibility
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Microsoft Corporation or Bing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, echobot.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless echobot.dev and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which echobot.dev operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
