1. Account & Installation Information

The service records limited installation, account, subscription and trial-usage information needed to operate the extension:

• Email address (for account creation and authentication)
• Installation identifier and extension version
• Subscription status and trial-usage counters

2. Bing Maps Business Data

When you use the extension to extract business listings:

• Business data collected from Bing Maps (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, etc.) is processed by the extension locally in your browser to build the lead list.
• CSV, XLSX and JSON files are generated by the extension and downloaded through Chrome.
• We do not upload or store the business data you extract on our servers.

3. Pro Contact Enrichment

For Pro contact enrichment, eligible public business website URLs are sent to the extension's service for contact lookup. Public email addresses, phone numbers and social profile URLs returned by that process may be cached or stored to provide the enrichment feature. No other business data is transmitted.

4. Payment Information

For Pro subscriptions, we use third-party payment processors (Paddle and PayPal). We do not store or have access to your payment details. All payment information is handled securely by these providers.

Data Storage and Processing

Local Processing

Maps Leads Extractor is designed with privacy in mind:

• All lead extraction and data processing happens locally in your browser.
• The business data you extract is NOT sent to our servers (except URLs for Pro enrichment).
• Export files (CSV, XLSX, JSON) are generated and downloaded locally through Chrome.
• We only access publicly available data that is already visible on Bing Maps.

Server Data

The only data stored on our servers is your account information, subscription status and trial-usage counters. For Pro users, enrichment results (public contact details) may be cached to improve service performance.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Secure HTTPS encryption for all communications
• Encrypted storage of account information
• Regular security audits and updates

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
